Wind in St Martin

St Martin is known for is dry climate and sunny weather. Wind conditions are consistent year round.

The average wind is 13 knots (80 %) but you can get 18 knots - 20 knots (20%). The wind is always stronger in the morning, 2-3 knots less between 11 am and 3 pm and get stronger from 3:30 pm (the morning session is always the best).

Kitesurfing: so a 14 and 10 sqm is the best quiver during your stay (it is also perfect for foilboarding)

Windsurfing: a 7.5 sqm will be used most of the time, but you can have sessions with a 6 sqm.
