Bay = THE WINDSURFING RESORT IN ST MARTIN Saint Martin offers lenient conditions
weather, sunny and privileged because of its dry climate . The trade
wind blows year round with an average of 12-13 knots. The trade
winds season extends from the beginning of December until the end
of April. July and June generally receive tropical waves which reinforce
the trade wind. The wind is generally more established the morning,
weakens at the end of the morning to be reinforced in the mid afternoon.

Orient Bay
The Oriental
Bay stretches on more than 3 km and offers a tremendous playground
for all watersports. In windsurfing, the beginners can evolve
in their own rhythm in the lagoon and ride to the island of Green
caye. The advanced level people shall enjoy the swell of the Atlantic
Ocean and waveriders will be able to surf waves behind Green Caye.
The amateurs of speed crossing and island- to islands sailing
will be enchanted with the landscape of the Reserve and will certainly
see turtles. In winter, it happens to navigate with dolphins and
whales

Lessons
Beginners class: Novice training course:
learn the basics of windsurfing: the balance, the sailing positions,
tack and return to the starting point. Our instructors will make
you progress in all the conditions of navigation.
Intermediate training course: If you are able of sailing
back to the starting point , then discover quickly the harness
so as to navigate longer without getting tired. Try advanced equipement
and learn beach start and jibes. The center board will not be
useful any more and waterstarts is almost in your reach.
Advanced Training course : If you wish to discover the
glide and the exhilarating sensations of the windsurfing, then
this training course is for you. You will teach it to pass your
waterstarts, as well as has to put feet in footstraps. The fun
opens to you . An initiation to the jibe is also proposed.
Rental
The center is equipped with the last gear
for windsurfing formula, slalom-race, freestyle and wavesboards.
According to your level, you will choose an adapted, easy and
a professional gear. The center is equipped with 35 boards and
50 riggs located at 20 meters to the water. Booms are equipped
with harness lines. Harnesses are also supplied. The represented
brands : JP Australia, Bic sport, Tiga, Neil pryde.

The team Wind adventures welcome you every
day and will make you share unforgettable moments. The team will
advise you on the best plans to tale the most of Orient bay, but
also from the authentic charms of St Martin. Since 1992, we make
you discover Saint Martin and our activities in a convivial, proficient
and authentic environment. All our instuctors are certified and
are selected for their professionalism and service.
Cédric: profesionnal graduated instructor, Cédric is also
a windsurfing trainer. He will know how to make you progress in
the best conditions. His speciality: the freestyle. The front
loop, speed loop and spock have no secret for him.
Olivier: Profesionnal graduated instructor, Olivier will
make you share his passion for winsurfing. His versatility and
his patience will guarantee you a positive result, about is your
level. His speciality: the slalom and the freestyle.
Kids
Kids class: lessons everyday with our instructors.
Trips
Tintamare Trip: from the center, you can
cross over the desert island of Tintamare. The center will provide
you a radio and water proof bag. This trip is only for advanced
riders.
Pinel trip: Pinel is pretty easy to reach. Even intermediate levels
can do this crossing. It will be a 10- 15 minutes crossing for
intermediates, and a 3 minutes for advanced (planning). Pinel
is really a good place to stop, very good for lunch, relax and
snorkelling.

Boutique
The center offer a boutique with jersey,
gloves, boots, harnesses, lifekjackets, suncream, sunglasses and
also new and used gear.

We deliver anywhere in St Martin your windsurfing
board if you go on a charter cruise.
