1. RESERVATION: the reservation is effective on reception of 50% deposit. This payment can be done either by using our secure payment system (credit card), or by sending money order to the order of Wind adventures limited liability company - C5 PArc of the bay Orientale 97150 Saint-Martin. The 50% remaining will paid 30 days prior to arrival.
2. BOOKING CONFIRMATION: we will confirm to you by E email the dates of your reservation and the schedules of the meetings for the training courses. These schedules will not change, except if the center adapts the program to the weather conditions.
   The balance will have to be settle at 30 days before the beginning of the class (by credit card or check).
3. CANCELLATION:
   From you:
   - if with more than 30 days you decide to cancel your lesson, we will refund your deposit
   - If with less than 30 days you cancel your training course or hiring, the deposit will be lost.
   - If you wish to change your lesson for another activity, you will be able to do it with more than 15 days. It will not be possible to change with less than 15 days, except with the agreement of the center.
   - you will not be able to change the schedule of your training courses, because the program and the levels are generally fixed in advance.
   - No show: the lesson will be counted
   - Delays: in the event of delay of more than 15 minutes, you will not be able to embark on board our zodiac, your lesson will be lost.
   On behalf of the center:
   1) Schedules changing: the center keeps the right to reschedule the lessons in your interest (better conditions weather)

   2) cases of absolute necessity: in the event of incapacity to ensure the course by our care, we will propose a refund of 80 % of the lessons or a change for another activity.

   REFUNDINGS or ASSET:
   1) Refunding: In the event of unfavourable weather, we will refund you 80% of the amount not carried out. This refunding is done on the basis of lessons carried out. For windsurfing rental, no refund is possible, as the board was nbooked for you.
   2) Asset: in the event of unfavourable weather, you will be able to also transfer to 100% the amount from the lessons not realized on another activity from the club (in the event of cancellation from you, no refunding possible)

Kitesurf rental:
1) Autonomy: the hiring is only for autonomous kitesurfers). The level 5 FFVL and 3m IKO is required. A guarantee of 1500 euros will be required of you on the spot for any hiring. It is also possible to subscribe an insurance for 200 €
