Orient Beach:


Orient Bay offers a world-class kitesurfing spot for safety with onshore wind, a safe launching area and variety of sailing conditions: flat water in the lagoon, chop inside the bay, huge swell outside the bay.

Advanced kitesurfers might launch from the center, but beginners and intermediate must launch from Green Cay island (we will take you there with our jet ski). Green Cay island is shallow water and upwind.

Only Experienced riders (Iko card level 3 or green level FFVL) are allowed. Please, read carefully the Notice to Kiters

Orient Beach has a recommended area in the Papagayo lagoon, flat water, waves on the reef.

The School usualy launch from the boat, so we don't use Orient bay beach for teaching.

We recommend you to book a kitesurf tuitionwith us if you are not self-sufficient.
